Glacial service, late to open (hence useless to plan a visit), and prescriptions seem to only be dispensed after you've arrived at the agreed time, only to have the collection rescheduled. Seems to always have a queue, not because they are busy but because it takes so long to get things done.

This pharmacy is very close to my doctors surgery and to where I live otherwise I would go somewhere else. Service is always very slow but in any case of difficulty the assumption is always that the customer is at fault. Many customers complain about their appalling service, which has been raised at local Community Meetings where Lloyds Pharmacy management have been invited to attend. This morning I went to collect some medication, which I have to do every four weeks. They can't find the prescription - when was it submitted? Electronically, five days ago! They look again - had I already collected it? Really! Then, they need to check with the surgery - I go next door to confirm that the prescription had been sent - they give me a code? They then produce my medication, telling me that it wasn't in stock and had to be ordered! So, they did have the prescription after all. On other occasions I have been told that the manufacturer no longer produce my medicine, I then go back to the surgery who confirm that this not the case, they contact the Pharmacy who admit they got it wrong and it is available later. I wish a proper Pharmacy would take over from Lloyds, who seem preoccupied with MURs, which I think is a dreadful waste of NHS resources.
