  Totally agree with previous review. They shut down the descent and efficient pharmacy in the village and we're left with this. They never call when they say and the service is appalling. They didn't have my prescription in stock so suggested I went into Bristol , as there were lots of pharmacies there!!! I only wish they would actually read these reviews and make an effort to improve. I won't be going back.

  If I could rate this ZERO stars I would. This is the WORST pharmarcy EVER. The pharmacist doesn't know the difference between repeat prescriptions and repeat dispensing. I got so frustrated on the telephone with her talking over the top of me, I ended up slamming the phone down. I have now made an official complaint to the GP. NEVER AGAIN, will I set foot inside that place, or have dealings with the incompetent staff. I urge everyone to complain to their GP over and over again, until something is done. This place is a JOKE

  You need a good 30 Minutes to get served at this hemist and that excludes waiting for your medicine! It's a joke!

  MIXED! I collect a regular prescription every 8 weeks. This visit, great, in and out in 5 mins. Previous visit I was kept waiting for nearly an hour and was asked what medicines I wanted! I had to go into the Surgery to get them to sort it out. The visit before that I also had to wait and also go back as the prescription was not complete.
