::Massive spacious department store with large selection of clothing, for the whole family and many other things spread over several floors accessible with stairs, lifts and elevators. Food hall is enormous with mouth watering M &S food, same applies to the large restaurant. Our favourite in house bakery. Everything under one roof. We spend hours in this shop. Very clean and tidy shop. Always clean toilets. Excellent service from friendly and professional staff. I give them 11/10. I managed to buy nice things for myself using my birthday gift vouchers. Great experience I love this shop. Multi storey car park very close. Wheelchair accessible: entrance, lifts and car park

::Pretty typical M&S, but I like this store as it is a relative sanctuary of peace and quiet compared to the rest of Westquay. If you need to use the lift the one here is much quieter and quicker. The food court is excellent.
