  The upper floor of the store is pretty much all sale items which is amazing! Very well organised throughout and the staff have been helpful on most occasions. The changing rooms are quite small and despite me being a UK size 8 (& 5'10), when I have my large tote bag with me it can sometimes be a struggle to try things on without hitting the walls. The ground floor is always neatly organised and it is very easy to find what I am looking for or to browse through the items. One thing I have noticed about this store is that the item displayed in the windows are sometimes not inside the store, meaning there have been times I look at the windows and see nice clothing items, hoping to go into the store to try them on and buy but they do not stock them.
