  the worst bank in UK. the stuffs are racists, they leave me waiting for about 30 mins, and the other can pass. keep say sorry to me, but never fix my problem. I dropped my account and switch to another bank!!!!!!

  I wanted to open a bank account for students while I'm studying here. One of the receptionist who helped me told me to get a letter from my university, but some days after that, when I finally got it, they told me that they couldn't open the account because my stay was for less than 6 months. So I lost an entire week because they couldn't tell me all the requirements the first time I came. The letter is addressed to the specific bank you're going to, so if I want to go to another bank the letter I have will be useless and I'll have to trow away more of my time requesting another one, all of this because the first day I came they were not able to tell me everything I would need or if there were any specific conditions, which would have been the logical thing to do.

  I can't be more grateful to Gavin the mortgage advisor! This is my first time purchasing the property and have absolutely no idea where to start.
