  Customer Service was absolutely terrible, insulted my child saying the shoe sole is falling off because he walks wrong. He walks exactly like normal, made him cry! She would not give refund as it is not faulty, she then offered to send them off for about a month to be examined then we would get a refund. Absolutely terrible!!!! Never shopping there again.

  The stock and layout is ok. The service is generally of the indifferent, sullen, Too cool for School type. .. Not terrible, but very far from good. Only the decent selection of shoes warrents a 3 star.

  Wish I could give zero star. The customer service I received here was a joke. I went to collect the shoes I ordered online. It was not busy in store but the 2 staff working at the counter had been chatting over canceling some customer's order for 5 minutes before tending me. I went to return the shoes due to size problems just one day after, didn't even wear them outside, brand new, I even wiped the soles absolutely clean, in perfect condition - these 2 ladies again, at the counter, first made me waited a LONG time, later, rejected my request to return. When I asked for reason, the short hair lady was pointing at the side of soles telling me she could see scratches, and claimed 'there's no way you didn't wear it outside'. It was frustrating not being able to return in store so I packed it up and post back to Office right away. Guess what, full refund. I understand that they have the responsibility to ensure the returned product should be in resalable condition, but refusing to refund a perfect pair of shoes with false accusation they came up with, that rudeness is just beyond my comprehension. This is the only Office store in Oxford at the moment. But the good news is, when Westgate shopping centre opens, we will have another one. I hope I will never ever have to come back again because from my experience, at least one of the retail team in this store fails basic expectation of customer service and the result was very unpleasant to me.
