  Pole Power is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming, and the classes are fantastic. It doesn't matter how strong you are before you start; you'll definitely see an improvement quickly!

  After having a free taster session with Claire who immediately made me feel comfortable and all the apprehension I had before entering instantly disappeared no sooner had I walked in the door with step by step guidance to suit me I knew this would be fun I had first class today with Kelly who was just the same instantly put at ease brilliant at talking through each exercise and move to a complete beginner already looking forward to more classes and courses to challenge myself and learn new skills in a fun format.
