::After having a free taster session with Claire who immediately made me feel comfortable and all the apprehension I had before entering instantly disappeared no sooner had I walked in the door with step by step guidance to suit me I knew this would be fun I had first class today with Kelly who was just the same instantly put at ease brilliant at talking through each exercise and move to a complete beginner already looking forward to more classes and courses to challenge myself and learn new skills in a fun format.
