  Room was OK. Hotel was looking a bit tired e.g one of the two lifts broken, the public areas rather dark and in need of some fresh paint. If only we hadn’t had dinner there I might have been less critical. Eight of us booked for a meal at 7.30pm and the restaurant was less than a third full. Two of our party had starters that took twenty minutes to be produced. Our main course appeared an hour and ten minutes after ordering. It was beyond belief that such poor service was provided. The staff were seemingly oblivious and offered no apology or explanation. Breakfast was OK but only have dinner there if you are prepared to wait an unreasonable length of time.

  We come to Wales every 2 months and have stayed in a few hotels and I have to say that this premier Inn has been the best by far. We always stay in one of the carers rooms as we need space for a wheelchair and Staff here are so helpful . They go above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable. Joanne on reception and Julie in the restaurant are great and really go that extra mile for us. This morning we met Tom at breakfast, he was also really helpful. I'd recommend this premier Inn to everyone.

  Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception and in the bar/resturant. Good size car park and easy to find. Food was good as expected. Comfortable bed as with all Premier Inn's. Only comment is that the decor is rather tired, a fresh coat of paint would go a long way. Stayed on business.

  Excellent staff. Good breakfast, all you can eat buffet, if you go premium then children eat free. Secure car park. Bar and lounge available. Room we had was en suite and shower and bath were easy to operate. Facilities basic and do not include gym, swimming pool, etc. On the 58 Cardiff bus route.

  We checked in real late, at about 2am, and the staff were fine with it. Apparently there's 24 hour check in! The room was nice, with a good shower. Big double bed was great, which each of the singles being progressively worse. 😅 There were only just enough plugs in the room for 4 of us. Slept through breakfast but would go again!
