::Good location is the real plus point. Asked for twin room, got 1 large bed plus not great single bed. Windows cannot be opened so gets really stuffy. It does have thermostat but despite adjustment to temp, no change noticed. Breakfast was good, more than adequate. Staff polite and helpful.

::What kind of a deal is this! After three and a half hour delay at our local airport we were getting short of time for our Celtic Connection concert on arrival. We decided to have a quick meal in the restaurant. We threw our luggage into our room and dashed to the restaurant, not noticing a leaflet offering 30% off mains courses if we dined in. On seeking a table we were asked if we were "on a deal" and thinking this meant the dinner/breakfast deal we said we weren't. After a two course meal we went to pay and were again asked if we were on a deal, and replied as before. The lad at the till said he would put us on a deal and inferred he would see us alright, and we duly paid by credit card what he asked. We later found the 30% discount voucher in our room, and saw piles of them at reception. Why isn't everyone offered, no given the 30% discount for eating in. Imagine my further disappointment when I priced the four courses we had for our meal and found we were charged almost £4 more than the total full menu price of the four courses. WHAT KIND OF A DEAL OR WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS IS THAT! Needless to say we dined out on the further three night we were in residence, and will continue to stay, but not use the restaurant facilities

::Staff are friendly and useful! My boyfriend and I stayed here over night as we were set to walk the west highland way and then return in a week before heading off to Edinburgh. We asked if they could hold a suitcase and a bag for us until we returned and they had no issues with that! Breakfast and dinner menus have plenty of options, rooms are clean, spacious and it's nice and quiet even though it's right next to a busy road! Would definately stay here again.

::Good stay, clean and comfy room. Ideal for a family weekend break. Very good value. The restaurant could be better, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Staff very helpful and friendly.

::We stayed here for 6 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean and offer beautiful views. The breakfast served here is good. Had a good time here. Plenty of shops nearby to shop from. Would surely visit again.
