  Great service for the duration of my stay. Lovely, helpful staff greeted you as you walked through the door and breakfast was cooked perfectly and quickly I must add. The room was clean and everything worked as it should, brilliant for a standard Premier Inn, but the only downside I can see to my stay was the squeeky bed. Other than that I can not fault the service I received when I was there.

  Hotel lovely. Everyone from desk to cleaners cannot do enough for you..nothing too much trouble. Noisy guests above us but staff acted on this straight away. Handy for Barbican and town centre. Hotel spotless.

  Great like every other premier inn i have been to. Super clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff and a top breakfast should you wish to pay for it, all for an awesome price. 10/10 all round.

  Have stayed here many times. Usually very good with a good clean room and food. This time the heating appeared to be constant. The whole hotel was like a sauna!!

  Service good and staff warm, friendly and helpful. Great breakfast but unfortunately, en-suite bathroom a little tatty with cracks appearing. Could do with renovation. Only reason 4 instead of 5 starts.
