  Bed not changed someone elses pubic hair in the bed. Draw contained a pair of used socks and a plaster. I took pictures and phoned the customer care line who never got back to me. Breakfast was grim. Not Premier on any level. Will not return or use Premier Inn again.

  Rooms clean and comfy .. check in long.. breakfast area far to small. Staff Good, but organisation of check in and parking and breakfast dreadful........

  We resently stayed at you Southampton city centre, for one night. We where very happy with the room and the breakfast, however when we good back home to London, we realised that I had left a little speaker in our room. I phoned the hotel and they call me back and confirmed their had found it. The manager was very kind and send it back to me. I would like to thank them very much. Yours Mrs Frances Dragon

  Typical Premier Inn, but what set this apart were the staff. The night manager during our stay was particularly attentive and friendly, which made the stay all the more enjoyable. Location of the hotel is convenient for the city centre and student suburbs like Portswood. The rooms backs onto a railway line, which didn't bother me but it could bother others to ask for one facing the other way if you're a light sleeper. Not a wide selection at breakfast but I think what they provided was good quality. Would happily stay here again.

  Very central, easy to get to. Room is spacious, comfy and clean. The food offer is also very reasonable. Overall a good stay. Though the only down side is very limited car parking space. Have to be early to get a spot!
