  One star for cleanliness and one star for the member of staff who brought us the iron and ironing board. The member of staff who was behind reception was asked if there was any parking for cars. There is a car park just around the corner was the reply, it's not ours but if you bring the parking ticket we can endorse it so it's Free but it will close at midnight. I was there for 11.55pm but the shutters were down and so parked it on the street worried that hopefully it will still be there in the morning? It was still there in the morning but after the party that I went to that evening I arrived back to the hotel, told my family to make there way up to the rooms and I went to park the car. As It was 2 hours before midnight I thought I would park in the car park. I got my ticket and took it to the desk. Hi I said I got my ticket and I've parked it in the car park. Sorry we don't do anything like that was the reply? But you told me I could yesterday. No I didn't. Yes you did, my family was with me and they heard you say it? No I didn't. Yes you did otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. Sorry we have no car park and we don't do anything like that. Now i know your lying because my family heard you say it. Right I'm not serving you was his reply. He folded his hands and demanded I apologise to him!! I regularly stay in Premier inn across the country including abroad but I didn't know that there were people like him working in such a place. Premier inn your staff need training on how to talk and tell the truth.

  This premier Inn proved to be a great stay. The hotel along with its furniture and fittings are brand new and modern giving the feeling of luxury and contentment. The beds are comfortable and having a choice of a hard and soft pillow tailored the sleep to my needs. The staff were first class and made me feel really welcome. They were diligent in their duties and made every effort to satisfy me the customer. Highly recommended.

  Very pleasant stay. Everything clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

  Very comfortable place in the heart of the city. Close to the centre, to the train/bus station and to the cultural quarter. Very friendly staff. Prices very reasonable

  Tremendous service from great staff. Nothing too much trouble. Really friendly. Rooms excellent and beds as always very comfortable. Meal deal superb value. The food is excellent too. Served piping hot and always with a smile. Cannot recommend highly enough.
