::Absolutely fantastic location for a gym and swimming pool up on the 18th floor of the building. Took my girlfriend up to the pool area, was amazing to look out over Manchester whilst relaxing in a Jacuzzi! Friendly staff too...I highly recommend it :)

::I injured my knee playing football so got in touch with the Physiotherapist here (I had a Spa treatment here once so new there was a Physio here). He diagnosed my injury and sorted me out with a great rehab routine. We did some work in the gym and he showed me what I needed to do. I’ve had physiotherapy in Manchester before and they instantly booked me in for 3 sessions, without really knowing the problem. Here, Gerry diagnosed my injury, did some work with me in the gym, showed me what exercises I needed to do and didn’t book me in for sessions that I didn’t need. My injury healed exactly as he said it would. I saw him for a check up a month later and I’ve been fine ever since. He’s the best physiotherapist Manchester city centre has! ::I’ve been looking for a decent Personal trainer in Manchester city centre for a while now, and was recommended by a friend to contact Alistair at Pure Balance. Right from the start I knew I’d made the right choice, he listened to me attentively and together we set our goals and went to work. He was truly motivating, I actually enjoyed my sessions in the gym, which I’d never done before! He kept me going, worked with me on my nutrition as well and very soon I was losing the weight and toning up and I’ve never felt better. I even got to use the impressive swimming pool and spa after my sessions, up on the 18th floor looking out across Manchester from the Jacuzzi!
