  I damaged my Achilles tendon in Summer 2016 training for a marathon. I was absolutely devastated to have to stop running and I thought it was going to take months to heal. But after just 5 sessions with Total Restore, I can run again, pain free. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and tailored the sessions to my needs and abilities. Through massage, ultrasound and specific exercises, my mobility is 100% and I'm hoping to tackle my marathon again the next time it comes around. I would say, if you have any type of injury that is impeding you, don't put off booking an appointment; you'll get better quicker than you thought you would.

  Managed to put my back out when playing golf. Fantastic service, managed to get an appointment during my lunch as it's right in the city centre will definitely go again!
