::So I was thinking of moving to this bank, however, I found one of the ladies at this branch extremely rude and insulting. The lady had red hair, think her name was Rebecca Blakey or something similar. Being a senior citizen, It is not easy at the best of times, If you have a problem with something and need help in a polite manner, don't ask this lady! She might have been having a bad day, but that's not really an excuse. I'm afraid I will not be returning to this branch anytime soon.
