  Amazing City view from the room! Very polite and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good quality breakfast with many different dietary options.

  Wow this place is just fantastic. Brought my girlfriend here fancied something a bit better for a nice night away and we got it. This place had it all luxury rooms the bed was like heaven. Best night's sleep of our lives. The customer service was fantastic second to none. Everyone was so helpful and even did a happy check once we had settled in. Great location to the city centre. This place really is in the heart of Manchester and this is the best hotel in Manchester. Definitely book here.

  The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the amazing customer service. A warm welcome, helpful staff, great room service make it outstanding. I'm still trying to work out whether it's the staff here or just Manchester people in general that are so gorgeous!

  It was a pleasure to stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Manchester. I went for a business conference and awards ceremony. From checking in, I found that the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and tidy although the mattress was fairly well worn and uncomfortable and the shower head broken. But that aside, it was a good room. The facilities were ideal and we had a great evening which comprised of a delicious 3 course meal and coffee. The complimentary buffet style breakfast was good with plenty of choice in full English and continental. The location whilst not in the very centre was ideal. And dispite the things that I've mentioned, I would be happy to visit again.

  Check in was brilliant, amazingly helpful and accommodating. Room wasn't what I was expecting for the price we paid and the view wasn't brill. Basic room, basic freeview. We popped to our room dropped our bags off and headed out. After spending the afternoon in Manchester we returned to our room, only to find that someone had been in the room, moved things around. They had also washed their hands and used a towel that they had then left on the side of the bath. We phoned reception to ask why someone had entered our room. We were informed that it was 'turn down service' (we only stayed the night) and it's all part of the 5* experience. Although I'm not sure I'd pay that kind of Money to have someone leave dirty towels around the room. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay, and the Christmas markets are amazing !
