  Always had a great experience here. Barbers are friendly and prices are decent for the service you recieve. Never felt hurried unlike other places, which is a big deal when you have as much hair as I. Would recommend A+

  Was in over the weekend for a hair cut and a beard tidy. Hair cut I can't fault however 2 3rds of my beard length was "tidyied" off. The guy didn't seem to know I was even in for my beard as well and was already asking me if I had a jacket the second he finished cutting my hair. I felt rushed to get out so I didn't realize just how much he had cut off till I got home. I've been in before with way better service but after having 3 month's of beard growth trimmed away I'll be going somewhere else now. Maybe I should have said don't cut off any length but I get asked how much length I want off my hair so I would have expected to be asked the same for my beard. With my head tilted back when it was happening I couldn't see what he was doing in the mirror. Even if I had complained in store it's not like I can just glue ma beard back on. I'll just have to wait 3months till I get it back to the way it was and find a better barber to tidy it up. Meh!

  I've being going to this barbers for a year now and have had the delight of having my hair cut and beard trimmed by a number of different Rebel Rebel team members. I've mostly been a happy customer over the past year and have enjoyed the general vibe of the establishment. However, twice now I've had the worst customer service experience from the reception staff. Today she was rude, displayed unwarranted attitude and really needs more training. After being told my hair dresser who had cut my hair for 8 months had left, I was also told they didn't have a record of my appointment due to system issues. Yes, that's right. They were running their appointments off a mobile phone?! Interestingly they didn't manage to loose the other customer's appointments who were waiting to get hair cuts. This is after having received a confirmation text message the day before! And so to the hair cut...a newbie cut my hair...badly. He was a lovely guy and clearly suited to cutting simpler styles - and that's fine! But he cut my hair badly and then styled it the worst I've ever seen my hair styled by another human!!!! Bless him. 😅 Seriously, this is a place to avoid, you guys. Unless you have a really simple hair style and don't mind really awful customer service.
