  Rent Direct offered me a highly professional service, a brand new vehicle as well as all the documentation I needed for driving the van across borders in the EU. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to rent a vehicle.

  Very good customer service, extended the hire term twice over email / phone. Fast pickup drop off. Car was near to new.

  From beginning to end the service was tremendous. Not sure if they are a national chain however the customer service was friendly, personal and professional. These will be my first choice from now on and I highly recommend to anyone seeking reliable vehicles at a great price.
