  Hotel is situated about 15 mins walk from Waverley station.Its in a quiet place but all the eateries probably 10 min walk. Not like a conventional hotel, more like a studio apartment with kitchen and utensils included. Room was very spacious clean and tidy same with shower room too. No bath tub though. Average english breakfast but very pleasant and cheerful staff. Highly recommended if you are looking for a spacious overnight stay.

  Our first time to Edinburgh - Absolutely Fabulous Stay! Very Friendly and helpful staff, always polite and reception staff giving us helpful tips about the local amenities. The breakfast was delicious and our hotel room was stunning, modern and very spacious. The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk into the town and to the castle. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend if you are looking for a great city break!

  Location is good but entrance is difficult to find. It is newly constructed on hospital site. Also they don't have maintenance services. I was asked to change room twice because some of the stuff was not working in every room. Apart from that they have same menu for breakfast everyday. Overall experience was good.

  Appena un poco defilato dal centro (che comunque è raggiungibile con una piacevole e suggestiva passeggiata a piedi di 10 minuti scarsi), struttura recente e dotata di ogni confort. La nostra sistemazione x 2 persone prevedeva una specie di ampio monolocale con cucina, dotata di forno a microonde e lavastoviglie, piatti, posateria e tutto quello che occorre. Televisore a 37 pollici sulla parete di pronte all'ampio letto "Queen size", bagno con antibagno dotato di lavandino. Colazione all'inglese con gransissima varietà di dolce e salato, frutta fresca ed un sacco di altre cose gustose. Personale molto cortese. Appena fuori l'albergo c'è un supermercatino con tutto quello che può occorrervi e uno Starbucks. SISTEMAZIONE DAVVERO ECCELLENTE, SUPERCONSIGLIATO!!!

  Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal es liegt zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Vor allem waren wir froh nicht in das Verkehrschaos von Edinburgh reinfahren zu müssen. Die Zimmer sind gut, wenn sicherlich nicht ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Und das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut. Auch wenn nicht alles optimal ist, würde ich das Hotel trotzdem wieder buchen, da die Lage unbezahlbar ist.
