    This company are highly likely to charge you for damage to your rental vehicle after you return it. They tried it with us and if you check Trustpilot reviews you'll see they're doing it globally. IF YOU INSIST ON RENTING FROM SIXT: 1. TAKE VERY DETAILED PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF VEHICLE BEFORE RENTAL AND WHERE AND WHEN YOU DROP IT OFF [Keep the photographic evidence for several months as they can still claim you damaged the vehicle weeks later] 2. TAKE A WITNESS WITH YOU EACH TIME and note all points of damage, however minor 3. WRITE TO TRADING STANDARDS WHEN SIXT TRY TO RIP YOU OFF (and they will) 4. WRITE TO PER VOEGREL, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF SIXT AND COPY YOUR LETTER TO BBC WATCHDOG AND YOUR LOCAL NEWSPAPER

    The staff and manager were amazing! Very friendly service - we got treated to coffee and they explained the services and products we purchase really well, there are no hidden costs. It's also the only company I found in Glasgow which allows below 23 y/o to drive. We also got a free upgrade to a bigger and better car when they considered the places we'll drive to. Full tank fuel at a lower than market price. Definitely recommended!

    Rubbish customer service. Blame third party price comparison site and other third party company for not having the car even remotely similar to the one we booked, in stock for hire. Why use third party companies and expect customers to foot the bill for extra insurance? And also, they should not expect customers to be able to feel comfortable in an automatic car when a manual car is requested. We have now had to leave the car they did give us in the car park where we picked it up. We are to return tomorrow for a similar to car to the one we requested. We expect full refund for the day we did not even use the car!
