Dishonest customer service. They pretended that I got a free upgrade, offering me a suv which I declined, when in reality, they didn't have any cars in the category (astra or similar) that I booked, despite reserving and paying months ago - probably because they upsold (££) to someone else who bought a category below (Corsa or similar). When I asked for my money back, they then tried to claim I couldn't because I signed paperwork, even though this was done before showing me to my "upgrade". They even tried to convince me to rent a Micra from them. In the end, I didn't even get my money back until I went on Twitter. Could have ruined my holiday had I not borrowed a friend's car.

Very helpful and friendly staff the location is quite hard to find and take care when driving through the entrance.

The team at Glasgow city centre branch were professional and had great communication. They dealt with me due to my car being in an accident, not my fault. The other parties insurance company hired Enterprise. Getting access to the courtesy car wasn't great as I had to be collected at my home, driven to their office in city centre to signpapers then given car to drive back From leaving home to getting home it was 100 mins. I felt they were a bit short staff based on the fact they wanted me to return the car to be then driven back home again, waste of my time once again. I should not have been out of time all based on the accident not being my fault. So I think the problem is more the insurance companies than it was Enterprise. All in all a good service, great car.

Excellent. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Friendly, genuinely helpful but definitely overworked and underpaid staff. Usual story where great personnel make an average company a bit special.

Rented a nine seater van for an overnight trip. Customer service was great. Vehicle came at a very reasonable price. The underground garage in which they're based was a bit tricky to navigate the van out of, but nothing insurmountable. Would rent from them again.
