  Hertz provide an unworthy white van (two tyres were bald and all tyres were very low... not great for a cross country move). As we didn’t notice the tyres until we got the van home, and they close early on a Saturday, we could not return the van or talk to a hertz rep to discuss what to do. So spent 6 hrs trying to make the van road worthy. We were promise compensation that has yet to materialised. Completely unacceptable to lease out an unsafe vehicle. I will not be renting from hertz again after this experience.

  Friendly service. Supplied a cold car seat that was below par and didn't give any money back

  This place saved our vacation. John and his crew rented us a car after Enterprise gave our car away for no reason. Not only did they get us a car within 5 minutes notice, they gave us a better deal. And it had a free GPS in it! Wonderful customer service. Don't waste your time anywhere else!
