  If you like people walking past outside and staring in at you training (I don't) then this is the place for you otherwise just walk along the road to the wheatsheaf where the gym is alot more private without people staring in at you training.

  I finished my membership in July because I was relocated for work. I did all the process and I even paid an extra month they asked me to pay as a "month notice" to finish the contract. And now I'm receiving emails from their direct debit department asking me to pay pending payments or they will send my details to third parties. And of course the email is from a sender where you can't reply and the contact number of that department doesn't work.... so the only option they give you is to pay to their bank account or be reported to the third party. Really bad experience.... Of course I won't transfer anything but if the same happened to a college transferred to Slovakia I can imagine that this is a common practice.

  Fitness First Solihull During my year membership there’s been constant failures in the boxing room, originally there was 4 boxing bags, they all fail over a short time and nothing is ever done until months of no bags and various complaints, there’s about a 6 month cycle of failures. I attended the gym this morning for a quick boxing workout and sauna:- • Only one bag hanging, but is damaged and dangerously close to falling & not usable. • Steam sauna is out of use. • Dry sauna is only 28 deg, useless. • I got ask to leave the Ladies sauna, although there was plenty of room. • No wet laundry bags What a complete waste of my time & no chance of a refund of the monies paid for facilities not available.
