  Booked this for a friend’s 30th birthday party. I enquiries to begin with, I had to chase as no one called me back. When discussing the package with staff they agreed to throw in a glass of Prosecco for each party. Communication wasn’t great, from booking until arrival. Upon arrival we were told to fill a few things out, no one bothered to give us anymore instructions after that. Staff weren’t as friendly as I expected. I’ve been to better Spa’s and was very disappointed. The facilities were okay. Lunch in the restaurant was the best part about the package.

  Don't waste your time.. Visited here today and after 1.5 hours we left.. No one could be bothered to really show us around. No beds available around the pool. No beds in the relaxation room.. No where to have lunch temperature of pool was so cold we couldn't use it. Told reception and thry didn't care...

  Visited here today had a lovely time it is a small pool but with 2 saunas salt room steam room and relaxation lounge there's plenty to do very happy with the experience

  Used to love this spa, it's gone totally downhill and management completely ignore any complaints. There are so many lovely spas to choose from... Do not waste your money going here.

  Bought a voucher for my sister for her birthday so we could spend a relaxing day together. When phoning to arrange treatments and times, i experienced the worst customer service which appeared to stem from management. Calls were not answered and emails were not responded to. This was extremely frustrating. Eventually, when contact was achieved (after days and days of trying), requested treatments and times were not achievable with no apology or suggested options, help etc. Utterly rubbish! We did attend (although I had no treatment) as voucher was non refundable, and no compensation offered despite the problems with the booking we encountered were the fault of The Cube. There were not enough loungers available uby the mouldy pool. We discussed this with reception, as we wanted to sit down in the spa (not a high expectation!), who told us to use other customer's loungers while they were in the pool! They also said these customers shouldn't reserve their loungers while they were in the pool. I will never attend this poor excuse for a spa again and strongly advise you don't go either. In a nutshell... not relaxing, mouldy, not enough chairs and loungers, scum on top of pool, which stopped customers going into the pool, poorly ran, poorly maintained, terrible customer service, absolutely not what it says on the tin. Don't go.
