::I want to send a big Thanks to Chloe for her help yesterday, she was an absolute God send. I struggled to get home yesterday due to the weather conditions and Crown Cars taxi company messing around and she sorted me out a means to get home. Great help, Thank you so much. God Bless

::Very disappointed, the pillows were awful did not sleep well all weekend. The room was not hoovered from guests beforehand, the bed looked like housekeeping were in a rush. The same mess left from other guest was still evident on carpet when we came back from day out the next day. The only good thing was the staff on checking in, bar and restaurant. Stayed quiet a few times at this hotel and the standards have dropped, I did look forward to weekend away as this place would always be my first choice, but sleeping in comfort is a must. Its a shame and I think management need to look into housekeeping, so standards are always maintained even if only given a short time to clean each room.

::Havenβt been here for a while and was pleased to back. Cocktails were decent value and good quality. Food was great. Service was ok too. Prices reasonable, portions on the small side. Will be back.

::Does exactly what it should. Efficient check in, decent sized clean comfortable rooms. Pros - location, it's in a great spot for nights out and shopping within the Mailbox centre and 2 minutes from Grand Central station and slightly further the Bullring. Cons - parking on site is very expensive Β£18 I think we paid for 24 hours. Over priced mini bar as usual. Why don't hotels make them more reasonable so people actually buy? Surely some profit is better than none? If your just going for a night out get a Β£80+ standard room, it'll do the job.

::Good venue and very central... slap bang in the middle of town and close to The Mailbox where there are lots of other facilities and lovely places to visit. There is a lovely very busy bar with loads of beers to choose from and a great selection of wines. The crowd is very young and trendy; dress code is smart casual. They accept walk-ins but it's probably safer to book in advance this place gets full very quickly especially at the weekend.
