It is a magical building. The halls, stairs and restaurants are really magnificent. What I really liked is that you can have your breakfast literally in the train station hall. The staff is super nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. Did not get a chance to use the space, but I plan to come back for sure.

Stayed in the Chambers suite for my 30th birthday and it was the best experience ever! Treated amazingly by Dan and his wonderful team. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks again Dan for making our stay and my birthday so special.

It is difficult to decide whether the architecture or the service is better. Located in central London (and on tonight one of the major tube stations) this amazing building was saved from abandonment and is now a fantastic hotel. The staff are helpful and polite without coming across as patronising or fake. They can't do enough to help you, and the food is also amazing (but prepared to pay city prices). The room was clean and well furnished, and considering we were on a main road and railway station we barely heard a peep of noise.

Extremely convenient location to St. Pancras rail station, essentially the same building, and just a bit from King's Cross. Comfortable room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Near the desk are European and North American power outlets that don't actually have power, but you remembered to bring power adapters, so no problem.

Wow. I love this hotel and wish I could stay here every time I’m in London. Incredible service and individualized attention. It’s a huge hotel and was fully booked and I felt like their only guest. Bravo St Pancras Renaissance! As someone who spends about 200 days in hotels a year, I was very impressed and can’t wait to stay again. And that burger! Delicious!
