Well we have been staying here for the past 4 years during spring fair in Birmingham. The first night we complained about about the shower rail, it did get fixes the next day. Second day the shower temperature dial broke so no hot water. Broken double bed and single twin broken. Towel rail didn't work and as we were there for 12 days was not acceptable. Finally we were moved rooms but it took 4 of us over an hour to do so. The best bit was foe the last 5 days the lift was broken, six trips down from stairs with luggage and food stuff was not the best experience. Negative customer service from the manager, when he was on duty ! Not good enough, doubt we will ever spend another £1800 with staycity apartments because of the horrific experience and cold showers

Car park was easy to find, just over 2m height restriction to enter then a one minute walk to reception. Massive kitchen / living room.. Would recommend.

I've used this serviced apartment block for many years. The apartments are generally in good decorative order, with very occasional faults. The levels of kitchen equipment provided are adequate for a traveller to make their own meals. The double beds really could benefit from better mattresses as they feel very tired, but the singles are comfortable. The block is well placed for walking to most parts of central Birmingham and within ten minutes of both New St. and Moor St, stations. What sets this place apart are the staff. Everybody I've met who has worked here has been helpful and friendly. To be honest having stayed here for so long I consider the staff as friends and it's always been a pleasure to return.
