  Really good conference venue for local meetings. Attended several breakfast meetings there and can attest tl the quality if the bacon rolls! Very handy gor M57 and east Lancs roads

  Just returned from a fantastic 2 nights stay... It's our first stay at the hotel as we usually book in Central Liverpool so abit unsure.. But now going forward we will definitely be staying again. We have 3 kids ages 1,5 and 7, they absolutely loved the place. Terrific services from the girls in reception, particularly Sonia.. All the other staff were so freindly.. Restaurant menu is lovely, breakfast just as good.. Rooms massive and clean, free on sites parking, great pool...right off the M57 and within 20min drive to city centre.. List is endless. Only negative criticism is the rooms slightly cold, and lacks lighting.. Allot if lamps in corners of room.. However I am aware the rooms are being revamped...

  Visited the Spa yesterday for my partners birthday. From start to finish our visit was amazing. Staff very attentive. Our massages were great! Spa itself is lovely. Very clean and relaxing! Food was lovely too. We also done the Rasul which was fantastic! Staff even went out of their way to provide a birthday cake. Thank you all so much for a lovely visit, We will be back very soon!!   Held our dad's 90th birthday lunch in the Brasserie, the 3 course meal for 32 people was absolutely brilliant. The quality & more than ample portions of the meal were excellent value for money. Neil, (operational manager) the serving and bar staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly recommend this venue and we will certainly be returning in the future.
