::Had my car brought in Monday as an urgent repair, was dealt with amazing and wonderful staff. The repair was completed by the next day and ready for collection. When I came into branch, I was provided with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service by Gary and other staff at ththe branch. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. ::First ever dealing with Sytner Birmingham , what a pleasant experience from start to finish ! We live in Bristol & found the car we were interested in on the website, Gary Cooper sent us a personal video of the car which was very helpful. Arrived for a viewing and test drive, no pushy salesman which is great, nothing worse than someone trying to seal the deal for their own benefit ! We bought the car and it was delivered to us 2 days later at a time that suited us. Fabulous service, lovely warm welcome and very professional staff. Within a week the car was delivered to my home with Ian driving through the night to get it to me.
