  Parts department is by far the best I have ever been to, loads of knowledge and always very friendly and helpful. I recommend very highly for anybody after Bmw Parts

  Had my car brought in Monday as an urgent repair, was dealt with amazing and wonderful staff. The repair was completed by the next day and ready for collection. When I came into branch, I was provided with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service by Gary and other staff at ththe branch. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I was delighted to recieve such a wonderful service in a short space of time!!! Would definitely recommend to others!!

  The staff are amazing and go above and beyond in their customer service can not fault their services amazing. Thanks to Oliver and the service department for sorting all of the issues with my car today a great job guys thank you. Also a big thank you to the wonderful ladies in the reception area for the lovely coffee and biscuits.

  First ever dealing with Sytner Birmingham , what a pleasant experience from start to finish ! We live in Bristol & found the car we were interested in on the website, Gary Cooper sent us a personal video of the car which was very helpful. Arrived for a viewing and test drive, no pushy salesman which is great, nothing worse than someone trying to seal the deal for their own benefit ! We bought the car and it was delivered to us 2 days later at a time that suited us. Couldn't be more pleased, Gary & Nathaniel went out of there way excellent service .... lots of coffee & biscuits too!!! Would definitely recommend Dave & Carole Bryant.

  Travelled from Scotland to look at an X4 which had already been sold! Gary Cooper spent a long time sourcing another similar/ better car. Fabulous service, lovely warm welcome and very professional staff. Within a week the car was delivered to my home with Ian driving through the night to get it to me. Exceptional team- highly recommend.
