  What can I say. Rubbish bouncers and even worse bartenders. Not from Manchester, I get double ID then searched in toilets then in end kicked out for asking what time they shut and bartenders say "its not your turn". Definitely would not recommend its rubbish. AVOID!

  Visited the birdcage on saturday 25th february and had Pre booked for 26 ladies (various ages) for a hen party and we had an absolutely amazing time. The staff from the door men to the performers were so friendly and really good fun, they all took the time to talk and have a laugh with us. Once the performers finished the show they came for pictures etc. The atmosphere from the off was really lovely and everyone instantly started to enjoy them self's. The acts them self were absolutely fantastic with a wind range of music for all the ages to enjoy The drinks were extremely fair priced for the type of venue. I would 100% recommend the birdcage and I will 100% return next time I'm in Manchester.

  Saturday night. Went here on a stag night. Had to argue with security to let us in. When we got inside the venue was empty save for about 4 other people. We left after ten minutes and a warning from security for being 'too rowdy'. Fine, keep your quiet empty expensive club. There are better places nearby that are not empty and half as expensive.
