  Staff and classes are great. Cold shower situation has not been fixed in a year. A real shame overall for a pre-work gym-goer.

  Only joined last week and I'm so glad I did! Clean and modern with enough space and equipment in a really central and convenient location.

  Great place to lift heavy things and put then back where they are and then to walk around making sure everyone can see how good you are. Sometimes I like doing this, releasing my inner peacock.

  Decent gym, prices are quite low, it's never as busy as a puregym! Lot's of staff on the premises, willing to help if needed. Equipment is standard, dumbbells, machines, treadmills, bikes, stretching area, classroom etc.
