  A very nice building and very well designed inside. The staff are friendly and helpful too, making it a perfect wedding venue. Looking forward to shooting more weddings here.

  Attended a wedding here - very much enjoyed the wedding and the food was lovely. Prices at the bar a little on the high side but the main reason for such a low review was that they did not have any secure storage for bags or a card machine at the bar. Moving past that the location is great central Liverpool and heard from other members of our party that stayed in the hotel that the rooms where decent.

  Attended this hotel for a wedding, Lovely hotel and venue. Staff were helpful and friendly, food was lovely and the evening snacks of mini burgers fish & chips, and bacon butties are a great idea. The only problem was there is no card machine at the bar, meaning you have to have enough cash on you or dash out to the cash machine. (Not great in a dress and heels) I would expect any bar changing over £5 for many single measure spirit and mixers to accept card and not expect to have to carry around over £100 in cash to avoid multiple trips to the cash machine.

  The Racquets Club, Liverpool was the perfect venue for our recently held Silver Wedding Anniversary party, providing an impressive self contained function room that held our 70+ guests comfortably. From the outset arrangements for the party were made so easy with Sue Clement-Evans (General Manager) attending to all our requirements and offering advice and options that meant all the decisions we had to make were so straight forward. On the evening of our party everything ran so smoothly due to the efficiency and warm and friendly approach of the staff. The buffet was excellent, well presented and nothing was too much trouble. Many of our guests have commented to us complimenting on the choice of venue and the excellent food and attentive level of service provided by the staff. Thank you Racquets Club for a hugely successful celebratory evening.

  Gd location, stately entrance, very few rooms, I guess only five. Seemingly, the major source of income of this hotel is functions, so you could not expect hotel-kind of facilities e.g. pools or even late night reception. Decoration was interesting but a stained mirror. We were in Room 5. Acceptable in total for a three star hotel.
