  I spent the night here for my 21st Birthday, the staff were absolutely lovely and made sure that my boyfriend and I had a good experience during our stay. Infact one of the receptionists even offered us an upgrade for our room& let us check out later, so I could enjoy my birthday even more. Would highly recommend staying here!

  Great hotel for the price. Nice bathroom. Mostly clean apart from bits of paintwork needing freshening up. Great TV and lots of mirrors. Nice touch to have a table and chair. Would've loved a second pillow in bed but that's my preference. Will definitely go again.

  Great hotel near the centre of town. A 10-15 min walk from Lime street station. The hotel staff were friendly and were very helpful. The room was very modern and well lit; not super spacious but it was enough. Keep in mind things like towels, television, room safe and wifi are extra and not already included in the price

  Rebekah on reception was lovely!! Great help & so kind throughout our stay! Kobie was also very nice and helpful when we would come down late at night to get a cuppa or to go outside for a cigarette before bed he always spoke to us and had out tea ready for when we came back inside. The guys at the hotel really do help making your stay extra special and the rooms are lovely and clean! Well worth a visit - friendly, affordable and a few minutes walk from all the major attractions of Liverpool City Centre. Can't wait to go back and stay at this hotel every time we visit 💖

  Cracking Hotel in the centre of Liverpool, I stay here Monday to Friday every week as it is very convenient for the office. The rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. I have stayed in many hotels in Liverpool over the years and I get the best nights sleep at Tune Hotel. I have always found it quiet, even during December which is office party season. The staff on reception are without doubt the most friendly and helpful I have come across, they are a credit to the hotel.
