  Really friendly regards someone in a wheelchair.Staff & regulars! Signage for accessible entrance and parking poor though and should have ramp at door entrance very difficult to actually enter building let aknown pop outside for a smoke so was disappointed regarding their own statement I'd checked online before going there! Needs improvement, do not consider this to be truly accessible as they state themselves. Also unfortunately drinks and food very expensive though is good isn't affordable. Did like atmosphere and felt welcomed rather than a hindrance which happens mostly

  They hosted and catered for a funeral of a friend. The food was more original than the usual “beige” buffet and the cake was home made. The staff were courteous and delightful and it really couldn’t have been any better. There were all ages there and they fed and watered us all admirably. I was impressed.

  Came here on Saturday with the girlfriend. She had the braised beef & I had the grilled tuna off of the spring menu. It was faultless and delicious. Don't think we spoke much of a word until we where finished lol. We will be coming back for sure.

  Lovely pub food, really extensive menu and extremely well presented. Great service with a smile. Highly recommend if you in the area.

  Our 4th visit this December to The Railway Inn Botley and the service has been excellent each time and the food and drink has been fabulous. All visits have been in groups of 4, 6 and 9 and each time the food has arrived promptly and hot and with very generous portions. Make sure you are hungry when you come!! Very extensive menu with specials board too. Food always has been cooked beautifully. Excellent friendly service. Thank you to Elaine and Kay for going above and beyond to ensure your visit it an enjoyable one!! You have both been SO busy over December but service is always with a smile and you always make time for a chat. Thank you and Happy Christmas!!
