  Lovely quiet hotel. Clean, tidy, contemporary. Lovely welcome, very pleasant staff. Check how to empty the sink though... a lever at the back isn't something I'd heard if before. Cracking breakfast, yummy! Only minus is the parking x 😃

  I stay here every month or two when I am working in Norwich, the nicest staff I have ever come across in a hotel. Go above and beyond their roles (including calling home to try and get an emergency laptop charger for me.) Breakfast is lovely (best veggie sausages I have had). Would highly recommend.

  Comodo, vicino alla stazione ed ordinato. Classico hotel in stile britannico, con una maggiore cura dell'ambiente.

  Disappointed that breakfast was extra as reviews had given the impression it was included. The room was small with no comfortable chairs. Good bathroom, clean and quite spacious but no hanging space for clothes in the bedroom was a surprise. The bar was in darkness at 6.30 pm giving the impression the staff couldn’t be bothered to open up although they were otherwise helpful. No restaurant info in the room so it looked as if there wasn’t one.
