  This gym is my favorite in London. It’s relatively small but has the whole package of great things including new machines, very friendly staff and great crowd. It’s super well located as well - and, unlike many other fitness spots in Central London, has its own spirit. Very well recommended.

  Pretty awful, always too busy, weights everywhere, sometimes no lockers to use (exasperated by the staff each taking 2-3 lockers each). Overly loud music, which on occasion has lyrics not appropriate for a gym. Oh...and very pricey. Pure/The Gym is better value.

  Great gym .. the usual machines, but very clean and super friendly staff. Also a sauna hidden in the changing rooms .. definately recommend

  Great gym. Excellent equipment for bodybuilding inc deadlift platform and heavy ass dumbbells!!! Also a great vibe, bang in the city, clean and also offers multi club membership which is great for me as I like to use the swimming pool at the Waldorf club!

  The staff are very informative and helpful, it is in perfect order (James signed me up and was great, would definitely recommend him)! Lovely atmosphere, could not fault it at all!
