  I went to look for a new car. Had a test drive in a Fiat 124. Loved it. Got a cracking deal on the finance and bought red one. Very nice people to deal with and big clean bright showroom full of shiny cars. Highly recommended.

  Appalling customer service. I would recommend you avoid Marshall’s Jaguar Cambridge. Not only did they deliver a £50k vehicle which the Sales Manager agreed should have failed its pre-delivery checks I am still - over one month later - waiting for the issues to be fixed. The sales team disappeared and have not engaged. Chasing calls have not been returned and collection appointments have been cancelled with no notice. This has been the most frustrating experience. I have owned various BMW, Mercedes and Audi and have never experienced such indifference and a total disregard for the customer. No-one at Marshalls Jaguar Cambridge actually cares about the customer. AVOID.

  Went in for a scheduled appointment & they left me waiting for 30 minutes without any communication. It took ME following up how long it was going to be, only to be told it would likely be another 20 mins.... had they called beforehand or told me on arrival there would be a 50 minute delay then no worries, but to seat me & leave me waiting without saying a word is not great. I ended up leaving & having to reschedule. For a premium product, I expect premium service.

  Great group with an unbelievably large selection of cars. I bought my little Citroën from the Cambridge dealership & I couldn't be happier. Their level of care & service was outstanding.
