  Staff incredibly friendly. Lovely spacious place with a diverse choice of rooms to choose from. Really would recommend.

  Great leisure hotel near to centre of city. Gym is first class and exercise classes are brilliant if not hard work. Starbucks and good bar serving good range of food. Brilliant venue for weddings I hear

  We enjoyed our stay here very much. This is the second time we have stayed here and this time we were on the third floor with a view across the Bristol channel to England. Absolutely huge , comfy bed, big TV, hot water in abundance, nice decor, no noise. What is not to like. Parked 10 yards from the door, magic with easy check-in. Well done village hotel.

  Great service from conference staff and good food options for a lunch buffet, not just sandwiches and crisps. However, one attendee had gluten inolerance and despite plenty of notice being given there was very limited options for them. The staff were all lovely and went the extra mile, we really enjoyed the day. I also stayed overnight and was given a lovely room. My only comment would be that it would be good to have some drinking water in the room.

  Great night here. Fab hotel clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Swimming pool was lovely as was the steam room. The breakfast was lovely. Would recommend staying at the village in Swansea. Fire alarms did go off a few times but didn't spoil our stay.
