  Staff lovely, good location, food lovely, great spa and facilities but rooms could do with a freshen up as touch up painting and stained carpets let it down a bit. But a great place to relax and catch up with friends

  Fab treatment. I had a oriental head massage,it was fabulous, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after the treatment then layed down for a read before food. 2 course meal.you can have starter and main or main and afters lovely. I would definitely go again

  I went there for a spa day with my friend. The staff are so friendly, the facilities were lovely and clean. I will definitely be coming back again soon. Thankyou very much for an amazing day!

  I've not even been here yet, and i can't recommend it! Booked for an evening spa experience and paid the full price as requested last September. Come the day last Thursday, i had to ring to cancel due to ill health. A rip off 48 hrs cancellation notice...No partial refund offered or even an option to rearrange the date. £45 gone. Not even a reply to my email to the manager. Left similar review on FB page...still no response. Seems they have a habit of ignoring their critics. Speaks volumes. May try local press or trading standards next

  The hotel location is just outside the town centre and near to the university so was easy to access by car. The rooms are simple and nice for a night away with friends or family but didn't have a luxury feel. The spa was fantastic and brilliant for a spa day with friends. The food at the hotel was nice and we had a lovely weekend away.
