  This agency did nothing for me the entire time I was at the property. The reference checking fee was enormous, and then a fee at the end of the first year, to extend the lease? I've been with two other agencies, and neither charged the extortionate fees that Ambassador do. I wish I'd been notified how bad they were before I used them.
