  They're quick to take your referencing fee but so far they haven't sent me the details of the deposit since I confirmed I would take the property last week! I'm due to move in in a couple of days and I'm quite frankly thinking of sacking the whole thing off.

  Very pleased with Tylers, I've booked to view the property and in 10 days I was in my new home! Jordan was very helpful and he answered all my questions and made the moving to my new home as easy and quick as possible.Strongly recommend Tylers Agency.

  We rented a property with Tyler's for about a year and a half. They were always helpful and kept in contact consistently. Chloe was a massive help and was always there to answer all our questions. Would recommend :)

  Repairs take far too long. I had to wait over a month for an essential amenity to be fixed in the middle of winter. From the few issues that arose during my tenancy, it appeared as though there was only 1 repair person available to take care of all properties. This not only resulted in delays, but many times the problem would fail to be fixed the first time, and subsequent repairs had to be scheduled with a week long delay. I'm not necessarily sure I would recommend for renters, although there really were some people in office that tried to be helpful.

  No communication whatsoever, unfriendly and certainly not helpful. Been for a viewing, phoned to let them know we were interested in renting the property and two weeks later still no answer wether we got it or not. Even after numerous phone calls to Tyler's all they could say was 'we will let you know by the end of the day'. Guess what never heard anything. Worst letting agency I've come across so far.
