  Very busy & too noisy, took us 45 minutes to get our turn. Most of the visitors were just window shoppers. Staff is good, but can oversell you even though you don't need. Stick to your demands don't buy extra even if it is for a Penney.

  Went in to buy Apple Watch but wanted to look at different colours and versions. Staff member didn't feel remotely interested and reluctant to show me different models so I walked out and ended up getting from John Lewis whom had much better service. Apple need to treat their customers with respect and not be so big headed as being a leader in the industry where they give second rate service.

  Didn't buy anything went to look. Products very niche and expensive but also really good. Stay happy to demonstrate

  Been waiting over half an hour, to be allocated a position in the queue, since opening time, just to get seen by someone to get the replacement battery which we pre ordered weeks ago -then a several hour wait whilst they replaced the battery. So please I switched to android a few months ago guess my partner will be following quickly. How can anyone destroy a brand so effectively. Total customer interface failure.

  I bought an iPhone 7 eight months ago and suddenly the home button stopped working. I got a very quick appointment and upon arrival instead of just repairing the phone (which I thought that's what they were only going to do) they replaced the phone completley free of charge. The employees showed great customer service and overall I had a good experience.
