::zero stars... very disappointed... would not repair tablet owing to 'physical damage' ... 2 year warranty not worth the paper it is written on... sent text stating tablet was repaired and it wasn't... garbled answerphone message from assistant who was obviously distracted during the call... poor... wanted a £25 release fee for broken tablet... stated that the original assistant had read the terms and conditions to me!... Lie... will not be purchasing from Samsung again... angry... enraged and glad not to be giving them any more of my custom...

::Had a problem with my S7 edge and called into the store at 12 noon as they opened on Sunday. The staff immediately came to my aid and I was told that my 9 month old phone needed a new screen. I was asked if I could leave it till 4pm and it would be fixed as they had a few repairs that day. I called back about 5pm and it was sorted out under the warranty. Customer service was outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough. The only problem I encountered was trying to get through on the phone but if they are busy then they won't answer!!!

::Went in about an hour before closing and was offered no help or assistance, despite the shop being almost empty. The staff appeared to be more interested in talking to their mates. Nicely set out store though, with a good range of products. Might have bought something if the staff were more helpful

::Had a recurring problem with my Samsung Note 4 after last update. Called in to see if they could sort it on Friday 20th October. Spoke to Tom who was absolutely brilliant in taking my phone to be diagnosed to returning telling me it required new main board and part was in Stock could be repaired within 2 hrs. I opted to pick up next day. Got a call next day and picked up. Exemplary service from Samsung. Well done all of you who work there especially Tom for such brilliant service. Keep it up guys wish everywhere was like this.
