::I have just stayed here at Argate for one night. I have already booked for a second and third stay. What a pleasure. The room is lovely and clean, well decorated with modern furniture. I stayed in the non ensuite room but this comes with its own private bathroom that includes a luxury large corner bath. No fattening fry up here I am afraid, no, you get a lovely continental breakfast in your room. The room I stayed in was fitted with combined TV/DVD on a wall swivel mount. Microwave, mini-fridge with fresh milk, tea/coffee (and nice coffee at that) in small a small caddy all this behind large sliding mirrored doors that cover the wardrobes. Argate is set in a beautiful area of Hampshire on a quiet country road right on the outskirts of the New Forrest yet close enough to Totton and Southampton. I have stayed in a few B&B's because of my work but this has been the best so far. A great place to stay and I look forward to coming back very soon.
