  This place is my second home. The people are lovely it's always immaculate, brilliant location close to shops and the train station and so safe. Would recommend it to everyone and anyone.

  Very enjoyable stay,comfortable room,breakfast was ample with good choice.Very polite staff who were very efficient.We would recommend and would stay again.

  Good stay for lone person visiting .clean organised well run shop. Good breakfast friendly staff .Manager real lovely Lassie . well worth a stay if visiting this neck of Wood's

  Room adequate and very good value for money, especially on the south coast. Clean and tidy. Staff are polite and approachable. Some confusion over breakfast times as 'last orders' do not match either the times in the guest information booklets in the rooms or that which I was told on arrival. Large carpark, although gravel may deter motorcyclists and I had to use a sidestand foot. Quite noisy, can hear traffic on the high street, the bypass and the railway. Selection of restaurants in walking distance appears to be only Chinese and Indian cuisine, but prices are reasonable. New forest gastropubs are accessible and abundant if you are prepared to travel for food.
