  The worst customer service I've ever experienced. 5 days in a row I was meant to receive a delivery and every day it didn't even get sent out despite it being in the store ready to leave. Completely unhelpful staff. Ended up having to cancel order. Won't ever be shopping here again.

  Unit 10, Kinnaird RetUnit 10, Kinnaird Retail Park, Edinburgh EH15 3RD, UK I PURCHASED A HILKA HEAVY DUTY 8 DRAWER TROLLEY WITH LID STORAGE ON 26 JULY 2017 FOR HOME DELIVERY. GOODS WERE FOUND TO BE FAULTY AND ARGOS ARRANGED FOR SAME TO BE COLLECTED WHICH WAS DONE 16 AUGUST 2017 BY A THIRD PARTY. ARGOS ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE GOODS WERE COLLECTED AND BACK WITH THEM BUT STILL NO REFUND AS OF TODAY 18 OCTOBER 2017. I HAVE PHONED ARGOS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS REGARDING THIS AND EACH TIME I AM TOLD CREDIT WILL BE IN YOUR ACCOUNT IN 5 - 7 DAYS. HOW LONG HAVE I TO WAIT FOR THIS CREDIT. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

  The staff here always excell in excellent customer service. The products I require are usually in stock. A few more staff on the checkouts wouldn't go amiss though.
