  Absolutely appalled at the lack off customer service in the lingerie dept- when I was in the fitting room I asked a lady if I could get some help- I only needed an opinion and for her to get me another size, to which she replied ‘no, there are 2 off us and we are busy with other people!’ I was so shocked I just didn’t know what to say! Then I just got changed and complained to the another member off staff- who agreed that she was wrong. Had she said she was busy and if I could wait a few mins or that she would fetch someone for me I would not have minded. Put to point blank say NO? After that I was so put off that I didn’t even bother purchasing my item. Disgusted. People need to learn manners and learn more about the role they are employed to do! Awful- will not be going back there!

  PIG IGNORANT STAFF PIG IGNORANT HUMAN RACE. HATE THIS FOOD HALL STORE. THE STAFF ARE DUMB AND IGNORANT AMD SLIMEY AND PATHETIC. WONT BE GOING BACK TO EVER.

  I was food shopping today with my 19 month old. I'm also pregnant and took a dizzy/faint turn in store. Not one member of staff (at least 7 of which passed me and saw my distress, slumping over my trolley at points) asked if I was ok or needed help. Eventually I had to leave a trolley full of food and head to sit in the car. Called and spoke to manager to inform him of the way his staff ignored me. I got an apologie. However, thanks to the poor service from the staff at M&S, I am now too scared to venture far...my faith in humanity was lost today. (Customers in store also ignored me). I have never felt so let down by people. I'm unsure if I want to shop here again after my horrendous, degrading experience today.
