  Ordered a PS4 almost a week before Xmas 🎄 using the Fast Track service, the staff were really friendly and fast but I took off one star 🌟 because the Fast Track service itself was a bit of a joke, although I was served very fast and slightly earlier than expected, which is all fine, but I actually ordered the PS4 online at about half past midnight and immediately got a text telling me to go at 4pm 🕓 which I thought was a bit of a joke considering it's called "FAST" Trak... I waited until 7am 🕖 to call customer services to ask for an earlier time and she really couldn't have been LESS helpful, telling me that the item wasn't in stock and was on the way to the store that day, when asked why it said it WAS in stock on the website I received no answer, so I took off one star 🌟 for that reason only, otherwise it was a very pleasant experience and would recommend it to anyone, the lines were REALLY long in the store but because I used Fast Track I slipped right in front of EVERONE! 😂

  Just tried to sell me a used coffee machine as brand new. Clearly had been opened before.
